Paint & Nosh

The fall is setting in and the Farm's landscape is changing. Different colors, different crops, and a crisp feel in the air. Come for a night of painting and hanging with friends. Join Education Manager Sharone Oren and artist Lara Sophia Lenta for an outdoor evening of painting the Farm, sipping and noshing with friends, and learning about our core Jewish value of adam v'adamah, or interdependence.

Doors open at 4:45pm

Cost: $40, including noshes, beverages and canvas

 

 

We will be painting this wonderful piece titled "Oh My Gourd". Our instructor will be Lemon Lara Lenta. She is an Outdoor Educator and professional artist who brings a unique blend of creativity and community spirit to every experience. Passionate about connecting people to nature and to each other, Lemon enriches campers’ outdoor adventures with knowledge and play. As a dedicated community builder, she draws, paints, and writes, sharing her love for the arts and fostering connections in her local community and beyond.

This class will be held outside. Please bring a sweater or jacket, scarf or beanie in case you get cold.

Nosh and drinks are available during the class.
Kids can come! We allow younger children to sign up as long as you think they can sit through a 2 hour class.

Community Event Cancellation and Ticket Transfer Policy:

  • Cancellation > 2 weeks in advance: Eligible for 90% refund (upon request).
  • Cancellation ≤ 2 weeks in advance: Not eligible for refund.
  • Cancellation post event: Not eligible for refund.
  • Ticket Transfer: Guests may also transfer their tickets to another person at no charge.
  • Transfer requests must be received at least 1 working day (Monday-Friday) before the event.

Service Animals: Service dogs are allowed only if they have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.  The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Photo Release: We will be taking photos and possibly videos to use on our website, social media, and other media outlets. By attending Coastal Roots Farm programs, you agree to our photo and video release policy.
