Paint & Nosh

Wednesday, July 31 @ 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Join us at ‘Paint and Nosh’, for an evening of creativity and community! Enjoy sipping and noshing with friends while painting the beautiful surroundings of the Farm.  The event will be facilitated by an artist and farm educators, where you will learn about our core Jewish value of peleh, or wonder.  

Cost: $36, including noshes, wine and canvas

Featured Teaching Artist: Lara Lenta

Lara is the Farm’s Outdoor Educator where she is responsible for supporting the Education Department in facilitating activities that immerse farmers-in-training in the great outdoors. Lara enjoys making art with oil pastels and paint, and is so excited to be our featured teaching artist.

This beautiful flower and bee pollinator will be fun for all ages to add to your decor!  We will be using acrylic paints to make this stunning picture.

This class will be held outside. Please bring a sweater or jacket in case you get cold or a hat and sunblock if it's sunny out.

Nosh and drinks are available during the class.
Kids can come! We allow younger children to sign up as long as you think they can sit through a 2 hour class.

Community Event Cancellation and Ticket Transfer Policy:

  • Cancellation > 2 weeks in advance: Eligible for 90% refund (upon request).
  • Cancellation ≤ 2 weeks in advance: Not eligible for refund.
  • Cancellation post event: Not eligible for refund.
  • Ticket Transfer: Guests may also transfer their tickets to another person at no charge.
  • Transfer requests must be received at least 1 working day (Monday-Friday) before the event.

Service Animals: Service dogs are allowed only if they have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.  The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

Photo Release: We will be taking photos and possibly videos to use on our website, social media, and other media outlets. By attending Coastal Roots Farm programs, you agree to our photo and video release policy.
