The Relationships of Earth Based Judaism

Sunday, July 13 @ 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

About the Series

Each of us can grow and deepen the ways we relate to our earth. Let's explore this through earth-based Judaism! This five-part journey offers a chance to explore powerful Jewish emotional-spiritual frameworks that deepen our relationship with the natural world. Meeting in beautiful spaces throughout the Farm, we’ll explore six core emotional-spiritual touchstones, such as awe, belonging, kinship, grief, and hope, that support our capacity to live with more awareness, responsibility, and resilience.

Our learning will blend sacred Jewish texts, interactive exploration, embodied practices, quiet reflection, creative writing, and spirited conversation. Participants are also invited to choose simple actions or rituals to try between sessions, cultivating connection both on and off the Farm.

All adults are welcome—of any or no faith background, and of all identities, abilities, and experience levels. Past cohorts have shared about the rich sense of community that forms (and yes, they’ve also loved the coffee, pastries, and time to shmooze!).
