Nourished by Nature Workshop

Sunday, June 28 @ 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

How does the health of the soil beneath our feet shape the food we eat and the health of our bodies, communities, and planet?

In this 4-hour immersive workshop, you’ll explore that connection firsthand — tracing how living soil shapes nutrient density, supports the gut microbiome, and ends up on your plate as a shared meal.

Facilitated by Sharon Schwartz — National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, professionally trained chef, and community educator with 20+ years in learning and behavior change. Sharon brings a warm, grounded approach to exploring the connections between soil, food, and human health at farms across San Diego.
