Community Event Cancellation and Ticket Transfer Policy:
- Cancellation > 2 weeks in advance: Eligible for 90% refund (upon request).
- Cancellation ≤ 2 weeks in advance: Not eligible for refund.
- Cancellation post event: Not eligible for refund.
- Ticket Transfer: Guests may also transfer their tickets to another person at no charge.
- Transfer requests must be received at least 1 working day (Monday-Friday) before the event.

Service Animals: Service dogs are allowed only if they have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
