Nourished by Nature Workshop

Sunday, June 28 @ 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

How does the health of the soil beneath our feet shape the food we eat and the health of our bodies, communities, and planet?

In this immersive workshop facilitated by Sharon Schwartz, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, you’ll explore the powerful connections between living soil, nutrient-dense food, the gut microbiome, and the food systems that nourish our communities and climate.

Through a guided farm walk, hands-on soil exploration, tasting fresh farm foods, and preparing a plant-rich lunch together, you’ll experience how regenerative farming practices support vibrant ecosystems and human well-being. Along the way, you’ll discover how food connects soil, people, and planet, and how everyday choices can help strengthen local food systems and restore the health of the Earth. Leave inspired with practical ways to choose, grow, and share food that nourishes both people and the planet.
