Outdoor Yoga on the Farm
Stretch, breathe, and reconnect—surrounded by the beauty of the farm. Join us for a midweek reset where movement meets nature: soft grass under your feet, fresh air in your lungs, and the rhythms of the land guiding your flow. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this welcoming outdoor class invites you to slow down, tune in, and cultivate a sense of balance—both on and off the mat.

⏰ 4-5 p.m.
🎟️ $10 per class
Know before you go:
- Dress in layers in case it's very warm or begins to get chilly
- If you forget your mat, no worries! We will have plenty for you to choose from
- Don't forget your sunscreen and reusable water bottle.
- Optional: Bring blocks or a towel
Instructor:
Julie Snyder Block has over 25 years of yoga practice and holds a 200-hour RYT yoga teacher certification. She loves teaching a Vinyasa-style yoga that blends breath, movement, and mindfulness. When she’s not on the mat, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing newborn and pediatric medicine, playing pickleball, and exploring crafts. Her classes are a reflection of her passion for both wellness and connection.
